Casa dell’Artista
Casa dell’Artista is a small two-storey village house just across from the San Sebastiano Church and square. It has a small balcony overlooking life on the church square and flowering Nerium Oleander trees. We have restored the house with local craftsmen and much attention. The old beams, antique stone arches, the worn-out wooden stairs and painted tiles in the kitchen have all been retaken. From the entry there is a wooden staircase leading up to the first floor where you will find a living-dining-area. There is a well-equipped kitchen-corner with gas cooker, dishwasher and fridge. The comfortable bathroom with shower, toilet and bidet is located on the same floor. Across an open plan staircase you reach the open gallery with the wrought iron double bed. For more sleeping space there is a comfortable wrought iron daybed (sleeping 2 adults) downstairs in the entry, with an extra toilet.
Satellite TV, Air Conditioning available. Washing machine available. Free parking in front of the house. Bed Linen and towels available. Beach towels available. During winter months firewood for wood firing stove availabe. Change of beds and towels weekly. Intermediate cleaning possible. Final cleaning € 50.- .
