Casa Nina

Casa Nina is the house where Salvatore was born. It was given by his grandfather to his mother, and some years ago Salvatore inherited it from his mother. We have restored it carefully in Sicilian style, using hand painted ceramic tiles, terracotta floors, stone arches and much attention to detail. It is a typical Sicilian village house located in a very narrow street (no cars).

The rooms are distributed on 3 floors. Downstairs you find the spacious entry area with an extra sofa-bed and a tiny bathroom. On the first floor there is a comfortable main bedroom with a double bed, one single spare bed in an alcove and a small balcony. There is a ceiling fan for cooling in the summer.

On the second floor you find the main bathroom with a comfortable shower and toilet. Also on the second floor there is the equipped live-in kitchen. The dining table and a small sofa comfortably seat a family of 4-5. The kitchen and the bathroom open onto a balcony. On the top floor there is another bedroom with a double bed, large windows opening onto the roof terrace with the outdoor shower and even a glimpse of Mount Etna.

The house is comfortably equipped for 4-5 people (+1), no TV and no Air Condition. The kitchen has a gas cooker, fridge and freezer, kettle and coffee machine. Bed Linen, towels and beach towels are included. Change of beds and towels weekly. Intermediate cleaning possible. Final cleaning € 50.-. Free parking on a nearby square (50m).
