Casa di Katja is a traditional, lately restored sicilian village house. The charming one storey building is located just as you enter the village, next to the church of San Sebastiano– the local Saint. The Nerium oleander trees in front of the house are to be seen even on old black and white photographs from the 1960.
All the rooms are situated on one floor, there are no stairs, except 2 steps from the kitchen to the porch. Entering the main door, there is a living-room area which – very sicilian – opens onto the road allowing you to be part of village life even inside your house.
There are two double rooms with a matrimonial bed each. One room is somewhat smaller than the other – but certainly large enough for one adult or two children. The bathroom with shower is comfortable and new. The well equipped live-in kitchen with a gas cooker, oven and a large fridge/freezer lies at the back of the house and opens on to a large terrace overlooking Katja's olive trees.
Free car park in front of the house. Bedlinnen, towels and beach towels available. Change of beds and towels weekly. Intermediate cleaning possible. Central heating (gas) possible at extra cost. Airconditioning available, extra cost. Final cleaning € 50.-. Internet and WiFi at main house/reception free.
